Overview

Interstates is growing, and we are currently seeking a Service Manager to join our OTIS Team. The Service Manager will manage the services we deliver to our customers and manage ongoing service enhancements.  The Service Manager will also focus on building and maintaining new and existing relationships with customers and team members to ensure that support services we deliver meet company standards and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Set the direction for service processes, standards, and metrics
  • Frequently interacts with the end client for feedback and improvements.
  • Prioritizes the service gaps and improvements for the team
  • Assists in managing the financials of a service offering with the Product Manager
  • Responsible for communication with clients to understand their needs and look for opportunities
  • Lead service offerings, functioning as the project manager for those offerings.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience:

  • 2- or 4-year degree with an emphasis on Business or Computer related studies
  • 5+ years of project management experience 
  • Or Equivalent experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Experience managing IT projects
  • Global business experience
  • Agile or ITIL methodology experience
  • Self-Driven
  • Persistent

 

Travel: travel is required up to 30% of the time.
