IT Support Intern

Interstates is growing, and we are currently seeking an IT Support Intern to join our Internal IT Support Team for our Sioux Center office. The IT Support Intern will be responsible for working alongside IT Technicians to provide IT support for Internal customers. Interstates seeks ambitious, innovative individuals with the ability to grow and maintain value-added relationships with our team and external customers.

• Assist IT team members in installation of PC hardware and software
• Assist in network and hardware troubleshooting
• Assist in research for solutions for needs
• Perform special projects to be determined by the IT Staff
• Other duties may be assigned

• Pursing a degree in computer science, information systems or a related field
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Desire to work with great people in a casual, fun, growing company.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Travel:

This position is located in our Sioux Center office. Travel will be required up to 5% of the time.
