Organizational Development Intern

Interstates is growing, and we are currently seeking an Organizational Development Intern to join our People Team. The Organizational Development Intern will be responsible for supporting our talent development program, training research, and learning management system support. Interstates seeks ambitious, innovative individuals with the ability to grow and maintain value-added relationships with our team and external clients.

• Assist on Team projects as needed
• Create and implement a process for continuous updates to development guides
• Gather and share information with employees related to employee engagement and best practices for remote employees
• Conduct job analyses for various positions
• Create survey content to be used for pulse and ad-hoc purposes
• Create virtual training to be implemented in the learning management system
• Assist with succession planning initiatives and the creation of career paths for various job families

• Other duties may be assigned

Education and/or Experience:

• Pursing a graduate degree in I/O Psychology
• Preferred coursework experience in training, job analysis, surveys, assessments, and/or organizational design
• Completed courses with a focus area on surveys, job analysis, assessments, and organizational design
• Previous internship experience is preferred, but not required

Preferred Skills:

• Qualtrics experience
• Experience in conducting job analyses
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to work on a team and help drive others to succeed 

Location/Travel: This position will be remote.  Travel will be required up to 5% of the time.
